Here is exactly what we keep, and what we will never do with it. If anything here worries you, write to us and ask. We answer every email.

What we collect

• Your name and your email address, so we can send you what you bought.
• Your payment details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic site information, like which pages get visited. It tells us what people find useful. It does not tell us who you are.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with anyone who wants to market to you.
• We will never ask you for a password. Not on a call, not in an email. If someone asks, it is not us.

Getting your information deleted

Send an email to ask@askmeinstead.com and say you would like your information deleted. That is the whole process. There is no form to fill in, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
